ACCOUNTS - Over the Holiday break emails were sent to those who are not current on their accounts. PLEASE read your emails—they are very important!!

DRESS CODE - We have told everyone what the dress code is for ALL classes—but we STILL have dancers without proper shoes, tights and/or leotards.
- Parents PLEASE help us out and make sure your dancer has the appropriate clothing and shoes!
CLOSING POLICY -If Sparta schools are closed for the day or closed for after school activities because of inclement weather, so is the studio.
-Also, if it is not safe for you to travel from your area, please call the studio and let us know your child(ren) will be absent from class.
GROUP CLASS PICTURES: -The following is the schedule for class photos:
Thursday classes: Thursday, January 8th
Monday classes: Monday, January 12
Tuesday classes: Tuesday, January 13
- Class photos are taken DURING your child's class time.
- The cost of these class pictures are included in your Program Fees, so they are already paid for.
- Please make sure your dancer comes on time, in costume and with the PROPER DANCE SHOES. Hair and makeup are up to the parents for the pictures.
- There is no regular class on picture day. Once your group has gotten their photos they are free to leave.
INDIVIDUAL PICTURES:
-IF you want individuals, you need to pick a day and time from the following options:
-These are 15 minute slots and if you want more than one child done at a time please be sure to reserve a spot for each.
-Individuals are NOT included in the group photos.
-These pictures must be paid for before the individual pictures are taken. Please remember - CASH OR CHECK ONLY - NO CARDS. Nikki's Venmo link is also on the Sign Up Genius if you want to pay that way.
DADDY/DAUGHTER DANCE PRACTICE & VIDEO -On Friday, January 16 dads can learn a dance with their daughter(s) and be in the recorded video that will show before every Spring Showcase performance. Times for age groups are below:
- 6:00-6:45 for daughters 0—8 years old
- 6:45—7:30 for daughters 9 and up
-There is no charge for this class and will be a LOT of fun!! Please let the front desk know if you plan to participate.
